The “Nine points” (and 4 lines):

Lots of designers – especially the ones with less experience – might tend to defend their very first idea till the end. What makes a good creative designer is the ability to find alternative solutions, and on the other hand to be able to be critical about their own ideas. The requirement of a really succesful design is that the designer should NOT be satisfied with the very first seemingly satisfactory solution, but to try and examine several potential ways: making experimentations is the most important thing – even if one finally arrives back to the starting point!
